    We also go over the array of services we provide and we discuss a detailed marketing and business plan.

    Our team works hand in hand with trusted partners who can assist with home staging, repairs, landscaping, disposition of furnishings, auctions and moving.

    We do everything necessary to ensure your property looks its best in order to achieve its maximum value.

  • 3. Go to Market and Post Sales Follow Up

    Our marketing activity includes advertising and PR with longstanding media partners (such as The Globe and Mail, the Toronto Star, Toronto Life, Storeys, etc.), along with exposure on SothebysRealty.ca and SothebysRealty.com.

    When your property is listed, we manage all the bookings and conduct showings with vetted buyers. With Folio and our frequent communications, you’ll receive feedback from prospective buyers, social media updates, and news on website and MLS traffic.
