Rosedale

About Rosedale

The neighbourhood’s Georgian-, Edwardian-, Victorian-, and Tudor-style mansions were built between 1860 and 1930. Many are listed on the Toronto Historical Board’s list of heritage properties and maintain their architectural integrity through high-quality renovations and reconstructions carried out over the years.

Rosedale has been one of Toronto’s most fashionable addresses since the late 19th Century. Though just a short distance from downtown, the area’s elegant, tree-lined streets, and abundant parkland and ravines lend Rosedale a sense of sylvan tranquility more often found outside of the city than minutes from Yonge and Bloor!
