Price per sqare foot (or PPSF for short) is a measure of how much a buyer pays for a suite divided by its size.  It is often used to determine “how much home” you get for your buck. It’s proven to be quite an elusive number, but nonetheless good to know when making a potential condo purchase.

A quick look at some of Sotheby Realty’s listings will show you how much PPSF can vary from one condo to another and what you can get for each price range. Take a look at the condos below. Can you guess the PPSF of these Toronto luxury homes? Answers are at the bottom:
